I struggled with this shot at first, it's because I had her pivoting on the spot as she got up initially. It's only when someone pointed out that she should get up
and then pivot, which made this shot a lot easier. Made me realise that actions can just be a simple, step-by-step process which doesn't over-complicate things!

I wasn't sure what to make the couple do, at the moment they're just blinking (I imagine in shock at seeing this old woman). I did play with the idea that Helen could reach her arms out a little when Edith looks like she's about to fall, but I'm still unsure of that.
